Data you enter
We intentionally avoid external data connections, cloud databases and servers to protect your sensitive data and keep the app as lean as possible. Therefore, no sensitive data records are transferred to third-party providers. This also means that your data cannot be recovered if you lose your device. If you change your device, you can transfer your data to your new device as usual, along with the app. Notice: Only you can delete your data records in the app in the section „Settings“ – „Local Account“ – “Delete all my data”.
What Quicksoul sees
Quicksoul has access to insights on download frequency, in-app purchases, and support data that Apple Inc. provides through the App Store for handling requests. Furthermore, when you contact Quicksoul support, your data is processed to respond. You can delete your contact data by sending an email to support@quicksoul.org.
